All grooms include, bath, blow-dry, breed clips, nails, ears, and toothbrushing.

Please note that you will be contacted when your dog is ready for pick-up. Please don’t ask how long it will take as every dog is different and one groom might take 1.5hrs and the next time your dog comes it might take 2 or 3 depending on how your dog is feeling that day. I do not rush your dog to tolerate a grooming session, instead, sessions are done around your dog, this allows for a more comfortable environment for your dog/puppy and for the bond that we are building as client and groomer. If your dog is ready and you are not able to pick up right away, arrangements can and will be made for them to stay longer, we do need to be aware of this before your appointment.

Please understand that we will only reply to messages and emails Monday – Friday and only up to 2hrs after closing, otherwise text, emails, phone messages or social media messages will be answered the next day. I do my best to accommodate new clients, however, regular existing clients will take precedent.
